EA modification (addition of more pending order setting parameters)

Hello, My EA takes pending orders. I would like it to automatically delete each pending orders 1 minute before the start of each hour. if a pending order is present at 10:59 am, then delete it. if a pending order is present at 11:59, then delete it. if a pending order is present at 12:59, then delete it. ........... so on all the time...(24/24) the EA automatically places its pending orders at the start of each new hour. You just have to add a function so that it removes pending orders only 1 minute before each start of the hour. Hope it's be clear.
