NEED TRADING ROBOT BUILT

Hello I am in need for someone to create a trading robot that will activate a trade by using the alligator strategy ,when the red,blue and green line cross that will be one confirmation,when the market has hit above or below  the ichomkico cloud that will be a second confirmation,when the MaCD main and signal lines cross that will be another confirmation,when all 3 confirmations has hit I want the trades to be activated.I would like the TP to be set 10 Pips above the previous support for a buy and 10 pips below the previous resistance for a sell.Stop loss should be set at 30 Pips for every trade.If all three confirmation had been hit and the market is ranging I would like the robot to be able to place a sell stop and buy stop 10 Pips above(for a buy)/below (for a sell) the ranging zone starting from the highest wick or candle stick in that area . I would also like the robot to able to calculate the lot size appropriate for each trade by using no more than 1% for each trade.
