Convert MT4 indicator to MT4 Expert Advisor

The DEVOLOPER will be chosen on Wednesday 10.02 12:00 GMT. Devolopers who bid after that will not be considered. No DEVOLOPERS with zero projects!

The indicator (mql4 file) is based on RSI-MA is "redraw-repaint", is finished and needs no further development.

What I need briefly:

The message line in the Indicator give the signal:
383 message =  StringConcatenate(Symbol()," at ",TimeToStr(TimeLocal(),TIME_SECONDS)," - ",timeFrameToString(timeFrame)+" rsi ma    ", Close[0],doWhat);

To give the Sell or Buy command, the price in the EA must change from CLOSE to ASK.

When the alert is triggered the previous position is closed and a new one opens in the opposite direction, at the same time, the LABEL (arrowcode=5) comes and fixes the S.L. (typ 1 - see EA RSI MA INPUTS.JPG)
Basically in the mql4 indicator to be transferred to the EA:
ALERT (price)= signal=close previus position and open position UP or DOWN. 

DRAWARROW (price)= fix an SL (typ 1) for new position.

All variables required in the EA:

In the "TERMINAL-TRADE" to be added:
Comment:

[SYMBOL] ORDER BY EA + DATE + TIME

In the "TERMINAL-ACCOUNT HISTORY" to be added:

I need ONLY the source code,  MQL4 file. (NO ex4 file!)
PS:
The indicator is "redraw" I know!
20% of the times when a signal (LABEL) appears are false signals.
The price changes in the opposite direction and the LABEL disappears.
I know!
That is why I have a double STOP LOSS system!
