Need Indicator and Scanner for Same Indicator

Indicator Requriments 
 
1 buy condition

2 first candle should be bearish and second candle low should be below first candle low
 3 second candle close should be below (first candle high + low / 2 + 0.50 and above first candle low )
 4 third candle close should be above first candle high or equivalent
 5 Plot arrow signal when cycle indictor gave Buy (Blue) Signal and it match with this above pattern ( Want scan for this arrow Signal )
6. there should be all alerts
 

 1 sell condition
 2 first candle should be bullish and second candle high should be above first candle high
 3 second candle close should be above (first candle high + low / 2 - 0.50 and below first candle high )
 4 third candle close should be below first candle low or equivalent
