EA to copy signals from a Telegram forex channels to MT4

Looking for a EA to:

1)Take signals (in all shapes and form) from different telegram signal channels

2) No need for the user to set the pattern for each signal channel

3) Interpret correctly if there are two signals or one (sometimes signal providers say "Buy USDCAD @CMP" and in second line the say "Buy again @ 1.3539", so that is essentially two separate orders and EA needs to create two orders

4) Most of the times, those signal providers reply to original signal by saying messages like TP Hit, SL Hit, In Profit, In $xxxx profit....EA must ignore those BUT sometimes they say CLOSE....EA must act on it

5) User friendly interface to add or remove signal channels

6) Ability remove (exclude) forex pairs if don't want to trade 

7) Ability to pick forex pairs and actions (meaning I only want to trade Buy AUDCHF, Sell EURAUD (meaning Sell AUDCHF and Buy EURAUD will be ignored)

8) EA should be able to take unlimited number of signals from unlimited number of channels

I am flexible for timelines and also deliverables (meaning you can tell me upfront which of the points from above you cannot deliver) and we can negotiate the price accordingly

There are two types of EA out there which are doing similar work but not exactly what I am looking for. One type is where you EA for each channel and open as many chart windows (meaning one chart for one telegram channel) and there is other type where you put all channel in one EA and open one chart

In your initial response, you need to let me know which language you are developing the EA and how you are going to test it. I need to test the EA for atleast ONE WEEK on my demo account before i release the full payment. Full payment will not be released without complete source code
