I need a profitable and consistent EA

Good day. I'm looking for an MT4/5 EA which is able to deliver consistent and profitable results. I do not need you to create any EA from scratch. If you have an existing EA which meets, or come close to, my desired results, I'd be most happy to explore. If required, to only make minor modifications to meet my requirements below. I will attempt to be as realistic and achievable with my requirements as possible. Do let me know if it is doable.

1. EA has to be CONSISTENT. I do not need large profits, at one point, and then huge losses thereafter. CONSISTENCY is key.
2. EA to have on average 15-20% ROI per month on average, which translate to ~4-5% per week. I've heard of EA getting 20% or 50% on a weekly or daily basis. I do not need such an EA as it'll inevitably come with higher risks.
3. Low DD, preferably kept to less than 5%.
4. Trades to have open or hidden SL/trailing stop and TP targets. This is so that I can manage risks better.
5. Risk to Reward ratio preferably at 1:1.5 or 1:2 or higher.
6. Money Management - EA to be able to open trades either at X% of balance, or 0.01lots per XBalance. So that as balance grows, the lot sizes increase accordingly.
7. Able to trade on all 8 major currencies, which translate to 28 currency pairs.
8. To be able to have EA attached to only 1 chart in MT4/5, and it will be able to monitor and execute trades on all 28 pairs.
9. On the chart where the EA is attached, to have a dashboard showing which shows the following:
• Current pairs being traded, the present P/L
• P/L for today
• P/L for the week (Mon to Fri)
• P/L for the month
10. A brief summary on the trading logic e.g. using indicators (EMAs, BBs etc), grid, scalping. If it is easier for you, we can do this via video conferencing or call. Basically, I want to know what trading methodology the EA uses.
