Convert MQL4 indicator to DLL

 I need to convert attached MQL4 indicator to DLL. EA will be able to call DLL and get  all buy and Sell signal. I need two version of DLL, one is only working with Demo account and the other only work with live account. You don't need to develop EA for me, but you need to tell me how my EA call the DLL and get buy and Sell signal.
