Clone trades within the same account

Hello,

I am in need of an EA that can clone trades within the same account.

Example:

• I open a trade (let's call it original) GBPUSD, Buy, 0.10, comment "CloneThis" (order ID assigned by the broker 11111111)
  
• I want the EA to trigger only the orders that have the "CloneThis" comment (trigger-word/phrase to be defined in the EA's Properties)
  
• I want to define the multiplier of the cloned trades (e.g. x2 or x0.5) (to be defined in the EA's Properties)
• I want the EA to make a ONE new order(let's call it clone): GBPUSD, Buy (if multiplier is x2) 0.20, comment "CloneOf 11111111"
• I want to define the comment of the clone-trade on the EA's Properties, but if possible, I want it to include the OrderID of the original. I know there is a character limitatuin.
  
• When I close the original order, I want the EA to close the clone order.

I want the EA to do this for 3 orders only.
I want both the ex4 and the mq4 files.
