Need Reverse Martingale EA

hi developers,

 can anybody create reverse martingale stratagy Expert Advisor with buy side and sell side.

for example if the trading starts with 0.01 lot size from buy side,

i) if I got 1$ profit again same lot size trade has to open. 

ii) if I. got 1$ loss then it has to open sell side trade with double lot size.

iii) it goes on until I get the profit with that set.

iv) if total set got closed in profits again it has to from beginning.

vice versa with SELL TRADE.
