2 MOVING AVERAGE ADVANCED EXPECT

i need a trading robot with the following

1. TWO MOVING AVERAGE BASED ROBOT ( 200 MA & 20 MA)

2. Open trades when the price cross the 200 moving average only

3. Open buy trade when the price cross the 200 MA ( wait for the bar to finish above the line, so the trade should be executed in the next bar after confirmation)

4. Open Sell trade when the price cross the 200 MA ( same as above, a trade should be executed in the next bar)

3. Closed a trade once the bar on the last price finish above the smaller moving average (20 MA), Irrespective of whether its a winning or losing trade. 

6. Buy trades should be open when price is above both MAs and Sell trades when price is below both MAs 

7. if the Price passes 200 MA but has not passed 20 MA, Trades should be executed once the price has passed the 20 MA (after confirmation, meaning in the second bar above the line)

8. All trades under closure should NOT be  allowed to exceed 10 pips or less  above or below 20 MA. ( in case of Spikes)

 Summaries 

All trades must be open based on the 200 MA ONLY (with the exception mentioned in point 7 above)

All trades must be closed based on the 20 MA ONLY.
