Please provide a quotation for the development of the following idea.
REBOUND TRADER
The EA is to provide the user with 3 sets of trading lines. Each line can be activated / de-activated by clicking the text of the line. When activated the default trade setting is to open a reverse trade when the trading line is breached.
SET 1 - OHL LINES
These lines represent the open, high and low for the current and previous 4 days. The user can define Line visible True/False, text and line colour / style / size etc. for each line.
SET 2 - CUSTOM LINES
25 custom lines available for the user to record historic support / resistance levels. The user can define Line Visible True/False, Price Level, text and line colour / style / size etc. for each line.
SET 3 - PIVOT POINTS LINES
Monthly and weekly Pivot Point levels are displayed on right hand side of chart and extend to the current bar. The user can define Line visible True/False, text and line colour / style / size etc. for each line.

ACTIVATING A TRADING LINE
An Inactive trading line will display as :
When the user clicks the line text a popup will appear to allow the user to select either defaults for the trade or enter user defined values.
Once set the trade line is active and will display as :
An active Trade line can be de-activated by clicking the line text.
When price comes to within the set proximity of an active trading line a trade will be opened. The trading line will then de-activate itself. The trade will follow the set S/L T/P etc. and the default Trail 1,2,3 settings. If price comes to within the proximity of another active trading line the current trade will close, and a new trade will be opened. Only one trade is open at any time.
When the trading lines on the chart are close together the texts of the lines should be vertically spaced to maintain clarity. See example below.
