D1-RSI on H4 chart

Hello everyone,

I want an indicator graph on H4 (or other TF) chart the D1-RSI value.
That indicator is on separate window.

The rule is:

If D1-RSI(t)>50 then RSI_D1_H4(t-1) =1;
If D1-RSI(t)<=50 then RSI_D1_H4(t-1)=0;

t and t-1 make sure that RSI_D1_H4 value take the pervious day value of D1-RSI.

On the chart included, you see on D1, RSI>50 since 2013.08.02. So I want on H4, the indicator value of RSI_D1_H4 =1 for
the period 2013.08.05 - now (NOT 2013.08.02-now).

Few note:
- For a H4 bar, the indicator value is assign at the OPEN since D1(t-1) value is available already.
- I should be able to change the Time frame to calculate RSI
- I should be able to change the D1_RSI value (50).
