Open Trading Postion

This is a really simple job. The first part I can do myself, but I am not having much fun with the second part. I want a function written that performs the following actions: 

Opens a trade of TRADE_ACTION_DEAL type;
Magic = EA_Magic;
Symbol= Symbol();
Volume = 0.1 (I will read from variable at some point);
Request Type = ORDER_TYPE_BUY (I will write a condition IF statement another time);
Request Stop Loss = -100 points from current tick (I'll change this to a variable at a later date);
Request Take Profit = +100 points from current tick (I'll change this to a variable at a later date);
Send Order.

Now the bit I am struggling with.

Open the order and modify the stop loss and take profit to a tighter value.

Modify Stop Loss = Order Opening Price - 20 points (I'll change this to a variable at a later date);
Modify Take Profit = Order Opening Price + 20 points (I'll change this to a variable at a later date);

And to trade on the side of caution:

If the above stop loss or take profit has already been reached, close out the order. 

I can write a full specification if required. The important part is the two later parts, which must work flawlessly.

Only stipulation is that code is heavily commented in English.
