Schedule indicator list

Hello coders,

i'm looking for a developer who can create a list indicator alert for mt4

how it need work? I want to have inputs to be filled, and when touch my date and hour filled.. the alert for buy or sell will appear

inputs to be filled by me:
date and hour: dd/mm hh:mm
type: sell or buy

the indicator need to identify which pair he is in to be able to send the alert to the right pair;

the trigger is the date+hour;

sell and buy need to have a buffer because another system will read it;

I want to have 10 entrys like this:
Entry 1
date and hour
type
Entry 2
...
...
Entry3
...
...
