Four rules trading strategy to be automated

I thing I have a very simple working strategy and I want to test is for a longer period of time without the effort of live demo trading. 

EA has to include four indicators with true/false option and options of the indicator it self. Ichimoku is very complicated, so just one option for this indicator - price close above (buy)/below (sell) the Kijin-sen line.

Enter trade rules: 1/2/3/4  I need true/false for each indicator to test different options 1 and 3, or 1,2,4 an so on...

Exit trade rules: 1/2/3/4 

- Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator - rule here is the price close above (buy)/below (sell) the Kijin-sen line; ::true/false::

- Trend Magic indicator - rule here is: wait until the indicator line turns to red (sell) or blue (buy) color; ::true/false::

- SSL-chanel-chart-alert - simple rule: wait for bulish/bearish cross; ::true/false::

- Absolute-Strenght-Histogram - simple rule: wait for bulish/bearish cross; ::true/false::

The other two are attached. Ichimoku is included in mt4 and very common. 

In the EA I need: 

-magic number, SL, TP, lot size (fixed and % of equity), trail stop, ATR, trading hours (day of the week, hour, minute), notification
