从19:16到20:56，有东西在下载，有任务在接收，但在这段时间内没有一个任务被完成。也就是说，这个间隔期没有支付任何费用。


是否有可能理解它是什么？代理商得到了一个巨大的字符列表，并试图先将它们全部上传？
