Unable to follow signal for help

I subscribed the signal and renewed it in the second month. In the first month, I could normally follow the opening order. After the renewal, I stopped following the opening order.

Every few minutes the journal prompts:

2021.01.05 09:28:02.822 '80010685': Signals-connecting to Signal Server

2021.01.05 09:32:46.014 '80010685': Signal-Connecting to Signal Server

2021.01.05 09:37:46.115 '80010685': Signal-connecting to Signal Server

2021.01.05 09:42:46.291 '80010685': Signaling-connecting to Signal Server

2021.01.05 09:47:46.434 '80010685': Signal-Connecting to Signal Server

And so on and so on.

你设置一下信号参数看看，在工具，信号菜单那里设置。实在不行的话，问一下版主。他比较专业点。

As I see from your image/logs - you are not using MQL5 VPS for subscription so it may be the problem with your internet for example.
Anyway, you can monitor the situation because it may be the signal server was/is restared or maintained ... I hope that your metatrader will finally connect with the signal server.
