Basic EA

I can provide an indicator which I use to measure during Asian session, what is the high and low point of a currency pair and will draw the trading range of the Asian session for the rest of each day

 I want to develop an MT4 EA for which during the following London session of that day, if the currency pair break out from the high or low which was set during the preceding Asian session by a certain number of calculated pips and later if it re-enter the Asian range, then it will open an order (calculate tp and sl).

 If trade goes negative by certain number of calculated pips, then it will open a second order. The second order has the option to be disabled.

 I need ea to be commented on what each variable is, what each method does and standard exception/error handling e.g. handle broker issues such as invalid price.

 Ea will display what is the required breakout price for the day in order to trade if price returns to within the Asian range.

 The time range and days of week for which EA will be actively looking for trade can be set.
