Техническое задание

Basic Logic of EA function : The trade will enter when fast moving average cross the slow moving average in accordance to the input set in the EA by user. The Target Profit will be another moving average as target on which the trade closes when price reaches it. Also includes some features on TP and SL etc. I look for experienced/competent programmer who can do this job perfectly. I will provide detailed written requirement specification on the desired all features required.
