Need to receive data from actual, forecast, revised.

need help code news ea  similar to this example. 

this does not work. Instead want my own version similar to this with source code. 
want to add extra things to input. 
** telegram channel id and telegram token to receive the news data. 
** count down timer input. 
this is for before the news event, 
and after news event. 

and refresh rate. 

please code ea news that works on my side when it is sent.



Parameters

  1. Get data from the

    1. forexfactory.com
    2. mql5.com (for the MT5 version only)
    3. investing.com
    4. FFC (nfs.faireconomy.media)

  2. News period (for the FFC and MQL5)

    1. today = current week
    2. Last Week — previous week.
    3. This Week — current week.
    4. Next Week — future week.

  3. Refresh data every — update data from the site every X-minutes.
  4. Refresh data after news in (sec., 0-no update after news) — update data automatically after news release to get actual values, by default after 150 seconds.
  5. Time Zone — choice of time zone, if it is determined incorrectly.
  6. Chart time offset (in hours, 0-default) — time shift for drawing objects on the chart.
  7. Activate all alerts — at start, all news will have alerts enabled;
  8. Activate all news on the chart — at start, all news will be displayed on the chart;
  9. Make news for an EA or Indicator.
  10. First Alert before news (seconds, 0-off) — send a first alert before the news, time in seconds.
  11. Second Alert before news (seconds, 0-off) — send a second alert before the news, time in seconds.
  12. Pop up alert — pop-up alert.
  13. Push notifications — push notification.
  14. E-mail notifications — e-mail notification.
  15. Sound alert — sound alert.
  16. Maximum number of rows in the table .
  17. Position on chart.
  18. X offset (pix).
  19. Y offset (pix).
  20. Cell borders — options for framing table cells.
  21. Fill rows even-odd.
  22. Scroll width (0-auto).
  23. Font name.
  24. Font size.
  25. Line spacing.
  26. Code Page — change the code page. If the characters on the panel are displayed incorrectly, try other encodings (e.g. ACP or UTF7 .
  27. Transparency (0-255).
  28. Clear the chart at startup.
  29. Use static settings (don't use mouse select) — this parameter disables the ability to select "currencies" and "impact" with the mouse. Only the values set below will be active.
  30. Currency (separated by a space or semicolon) — list of currencies to be displayed.
  31. Impact high — display high impact news.
  32. Impact medium — display news with medium impact.
  33. Impact low — display news with low impact.
  34. Impact none — display news without impact.
  35. News Colors on the Chart — news colors for displaying on the chart.
  36. Dashboard Colors (None = default) — color of dashboard elements.

Trade management

  1. Trade management at the time of the
