Trading EA that continuously buys or sells (Adding on positions) for a set number of days

Would like to as for a developer that can develop an EA for MT5

The EA is turned on and will run for a set number of days. Eg. 1 day 2 day 3 days up to 30 days.

The Ea will then immediately purchase a position once its turned on.

The Ea will be set on sell mode, or buy mode for those set days.

Once days are up, EA should have an option for auto close all positions (on/off)

The ea will add on positions if price drops or increases a certain level from current price. This will be in the option of % (eg 0.1%) or Points.

The EA should note where previous levels of positions were taken, to not take a duplicate position at that same level (+ or - 0.1%)

There will be settings for the position size to add on if such a drop or increase occurs.

There should be an option for maximum amount of positions it can open.

There will be an option for SL in $$$

There should be an option for TP once a certain $$$ goal is met.

The EA should come with a dashboard showing the following information:
Current positions open eg. 2/10
A timer displaying how long more before the days are over.
Current profit/loss
