Data Extract 15m with pipfinite exit scope indicator.

    I want to extract historical open and close prices from mt4 with the pipfinite exit scope indicator triggers for each time frame.  
     Since pipfinite is a market indicator. I can set up a server where you can access using anydesk to access an mt4 platform with the indicator for development and test

  I want to develop an EA or script that you can input the following parameters and output a historical CSV in 15 minutes intervals that has every event of the indicator for all timeframes.


Input parameters;

  1- start date
   2-end date
  3-interval. 15,30,60,240,1440,weekly
  4- Volume factor  .03(default)
 
 CSV output would look like this; The interval is only 15 minutes shown

 Date        time     open ---close  (Ind 15M) -- Ind 30M) -- Ind 60M) -- Ind 240M) -- Ind 1440M) -- (Ind 10080)

1=PIP exit scope triggered long
2=PIP exit scope triggered short
0= No indicator has triggered

Strong or short signals are treated the same.

If you are bidding please explain to me how you would extract the higher time frames above 15 minutes cause that is the hard part. Some capability of English is required in case we get into an issue and need to discuss it.
