Техническое задание

Hello,

I would like to have a simple EA which opens a new SELL trade after the price has risen above the value X (an adjustable parameter in the settings) and after that the price drops bellow Y (another adjustable parameter in the settings). 

So, if the current price is .9000 and X and Y are set to .91, then the order will only be executed if the price rises above .91 and then drops down bellow .91 again. 

It is basically a tool to place a "sell stop limit" pending order in the opposite direction.
