Additional feature - EA Hidden Stop and Lock-out

Hello Programmers

I have an EA that monitors my trading account's working drawdown and will close all open positions if this drawdown reaches a certain percentage that I get to specify.

The default drawdown that will trigger closure of open positions is 20% but I can adjust it down to as low as 1%

I like using this adjustment to act as my hidden stop.

I'd like to create a second feature that prevents further trading when a certain account balance is reached.

Therefore, I wish to have the ability to input this reference balance and have the EA keep closing immediately any position that gets opened when the account balance is equal to or less than my specified reference.

I am happy to provide the source code of my current EA to help with its improvement, but if you wish to write totally new code, then that is fine too.

Most of the work is already done on my existing EA, so I assume the update could be carried out within a single business day to implement. My intention is to have this EA modified and commence testing within 7 days.  

I ask the developer to provide the source code of the final product.
