I need a simple AI that will perfect specification

Specification:
Basic candlestick pattern and smoothed moving average indicator and lotsize manipulator AI.
Bearish: Hanging man, Shooting star, Bearish engulfing, Evening star, 3 black crows.
Bullish: Hammer, Inverse hammer, Bullish engulfing, Morning star, 3 white soldiers.  

Note:
1.    Use only smoothed moving average 17 period and if 17 moves 30 points upward turn to lime and if 17 period moves 40 point downward turn to red.
2.    Ignore to Signal bearish pattern whenever smoothed moving average is lime. Instead signal bullish pattern whenever smoothed moving average is lime.
3.    Ignore to signal bullish pattern whenever smoothed moving average is red. Instead signal bearish pattern whenever smoothed moving average is red.
4.    All bearish signals should be red.
5.    All bullish signals should be lime.  
6.    If 124$ is balance then fine how many times 25$ fund unit will open trade. 25$ will open trade 4 times with the manipulated lotsize of 0.04.

Note: allow user to adjust user balance, fund unit, original lotsize in the panel parameters and let manipulated lotsize and number of copier be gotten automatic.
set it to false i can use lotsize manipulator true whenever i choose.
