I need to have an EA built for MT4 that does the following. 

At 1:29 (or any time picked) it places a buy order if 2 pips above the current candle or a sell order if below the current candle. After the order is entered it sets the target price and stop loss. Then do the same thing at a second time picked

 

The items i would like to change are

Time1 hour and min

Time2 hour and min

Target Price

Stop Loss

Limit about (this is the number above or below the current candle) 

Looking to have it done in 1-3 days
