Custom entry bot based on zig zag patterns

I have the bot just over half made, from another developer who let me down and decided they no longer wished to finish the project, so I have a basic example of the fundamentals of what it could look like, although multiple functions I require do not work, but I can show this to you on request. 

There are multiple features that I require, so please read the in depth requirement sheet on the attachment.

Function: 

To identify if a trend is long or short, then look for and place entries at set positions based on price structure.  

Idea: 

Using a standard zigzag indicator to identify high and low points on a chart, then taking entries based on either a price retracement based on custom fibo points, or a simple break of price structure to confirm a new trend. 

Additional features:

Trailing stop based on price structure seems to be the most complicated to implement, but please see attached project details for full information about what is required and also how far the previous developer was able to take the project before giving up, as this shows all of the features required and ticks next to what was achieved.
