Breakout EA

Ok. Here how is it should work:

Pattern setup:

1. the base should be narrow and thin, not wide and whippy
2. the bars in the base should be small and narrow, no wide range
3. the volume during the base should be light, not heavy
4. it should work using the 8ma and the 20ma.
5. the 8ma and/or the 20ma should ideally be rising during the base's formation
 

buy action:
1. buy the bar that breaks
2. only buy if the 8ma and/or the 20ma are rising
3. place a stop some points below the breakout bar (the entry bar's low)
4. the EA should move the stoploss to below the pullbacks
5. it should have an option to set the takeprofit, in pips.

this EA will work on MT5, trading stocks and index (not forex)
