Open order every x pips

I need ea that open order very x pips. 

Example with 50 pip distance

open buy/sell stop with 50

1 go up reach the buy stop 50 pips

2 go up 50 reach buy stop 50 pips open buy

3 go down 50 pip reach sell stop open sell order

4 go up 50 buy and soon on

It will keep that way until get x dollars positive then close all order and start all over again

I need on/off martigale (it will check multiply variable then open new order x multiply variable)

i need safe stop all order x negative dollars
