EA required

I would like an Expert Adviser for Meta Trader 4 that will do the following

1 - To monitor a time period set within the EA and at the end of that period place two orders.

2 - These order should be a buy and sell at the open price of the new time period, or a buy at the highest price and sell and the lowest price based on the last time period.  I want the choice to have one or the other and each order must have a pre set stop and limit.

3 - I would like to be able to change the lot value and time period that the EA will run (e.g. H1, H2, H4)

4 - I would like the EA to have the option of closing/cancelling one of the two opened orders upon one of the orders being opened or raised.  (more details to be provided on this based on the two scenarios in point 2).

5 - The limit and stop values of the orders created has to be editable/easily variable.

6 - This EA must be able to run against various currency pairs on the same platform and to work with any broker.

7 - The code must be well commented within its logic and done so in written English
