An Expert Advisor using the ICT principle of Fair Value Gaps and a SMA

Hello!  I'm looking for an Expert Advisor that will identify Fair Value Gaps above or below a Simple Moving Average line and take sells when price is above the line and buys when price is below the line.

It will take only one trade at a time.

It will not take a trade when price is within a number of pips (a parameter) of the SMA.

I would like a copy of the source code.

When a trade is entered,  a text message will be sent to a phone number (a parameter) and an email will be sent to an email address (a parameter).

There will be a Take Profit, and Stop Loss, and a trailing Stop Loss.

Only take trades from _____ am/pm to _____am/pm (parameters) Eastern Standard Time.  (THere will be two of these time-restricting parameters.)

When price touches the SMA line, all previous FVGs are disqualified (a parameter).

If a trade is not entered on a FVG within a number of bars (a parameter), take no trade on that FVG.

If zero is entered for any of the parameters, that parameter is not used.
