Support and Resistance Zones read from a TXT file

I need an indicator that prints Support and Resistance Zones daily, these zones will be read from a TXT file in a local folder. The naming for the TXT file will be as follows ES_ZONES_1190507, this is an example for date 7th may 2019.

Every day, the indicator would read the file for the day, delete all the previous zones from past day, and print new ones for the current day. If this can be achievable with a real time variant, that I could select the day to be loaded would be great. I mean, any day I could load up zones from past days.

The indicator would need a price adjuster in pips as variant input (Configurable). This is to adjust the price in the TXT file to be shown correclty in MT4, for example it could have a value of +2.2 and all the values from the txt file will adjust +2.2 (for example 2960.00+2.2 = 2962.20) to print the zones, the adjuster could have negative values (-2.1). If this variable could be shown in real time in MT4 would be great, I mean, if the adjuster can be shown as a button or something like that, and the zones to be adjusted in real time would be awesome.

R = Resistance zone (the lines of this zone to be printed in RED (the color could be configurable)

S = Support zone (the lines of this zone to be printed in GREEN (the color could be configurable)

L = Line (the lines to be printed in BLUE (the color could be configurable)

The color filling of the zones to be configurable also (the space between the 2 lines of each zone)

In the TXT file, the indicator also has to read if it is a Normal or a Strong Zone, For example: S,Normal (Support,Normal) = Light Green, S,Strong(Support, Strong) = Green, R,Normal (Resistance,Normal) Light Red, R,Strong (Resistance,Strong) = Red. Also has to be configurable.

Attached is an image from a futures platform, different from MT4 platform, I want to achieve more or less the same result, with the above variables that Im requesting also.
