Correct H-O,L-O and C-O in csv generating indicator

Current indicator has incorrect H-O,L-O and C-O formulas in the CSV files that it produces.

 

For this I suggest the following:

1. Rename SymbolstoTick  to Symbols1x10000                          For these symbols, H-O, L-O and C-O calculations will be calculated based on x10000

   Rename SymbolstiTick2   to   Symbols2x10000                       This is a continuation as there can be more than 255 characters for the above row.

 ‌  Add ;      Symbolsx1000                                                        For these symbols, H-O, L-O and C-O calculations will be calculated based on x1000

    Add:      Symbolsx100                                                          For these symbols, H-O, L-O and C-O calculations will be calculated based on x100

     Add:      Symbolsx1                                                             For these symbols, H-O, L-O and C-O calculations will be calculated based on x1

 

2. Remove Label "Output2" and *Pip Dividers**. 

 

The following changes are also required:

1. Output Start: Add "wicks" to the drop down menu. This will enable user to choose the wicks as their opening price at start time.

2. OutputEnd: Add "wicks" to the drop down menu. This will enable user to choose the wicks as their Closing price at end time.

3. Outputmode:

   Change: "All Prices in Time Range" to "All Bars within Time Range" . It is a rename only

    Remove: "Peak Prices Plus Start End". Please remove any script relating to this function. I would like the mql4 script to look clean and neat.

    Change: "Peak Prices Plus Start End Horizontal Format" to "OHLC within Time Range". It is a rename only.
