Indicator for my Keltner / Moving Average strategy

I need someone who can make me a notification indicator for following strategy:

THE STRATEGY:

What is on the chart:

-Keltner Channel Bands: MID Keltner Band: based on 16EMA (not SMA)--Upper and Lower band: 1.4% (keltner EMA + bands must be editable)

- 79 SMA and 89EMA (must be editable)

Explanation strategy:

- IF 16 EMA crosses 78SMA AND 89EMA upwards: BUY at close of crossover bar

- IF 16 EMA crosses 78SMA AND 89 EMA downwards: SELL at close of crossover bar

- IF BUY: Fixed SL will be @ the lower keltner band or the lowest MA (during moment crossover)

- IF SELL: Fixed SL will be @ the upper keltner band or the highest MA (during crossover crossover)

THE INDICATOR:

What indicator needs to do:

- IF 16EMA crossed 79SMA AND 89EMA UPwards (on bar close):

               *show ARROW UP +ALERT (window and sound)

                        >in Alert (notification) window:

                              1.Show price level of 'lowest indicator (for SL) on the chart ' during MA crossover ( =Lower Keltner Band or 79SMA or 89EMA; whichever has the lowest price)

                              2. Show RISK: price difference between market price @ crossover and price of lowest indicator on the chart @ the moment of MA crossover)

                              3. Show 5 take profit price levels: 1:1 risk/reward, 2:1 risk/reward, 3:1 risk/reward, 4:1 risk/reward, 5:1 risk to reward

                              4. Show Timeframe (needs to scan different timeframes for crossover if possible)

                      > on chart: show price level for entry, SL, and TP targets

- IF 16EMA crossed 79SMA AND 89EMA DOWNwards (on bar close):

               *show ARROW DOWN + ALERT(window and sound)

                     > in Alert (notification) window:

                              1.Show price level of 'highest indicator (for SL) on the chart ' during MA crossover ( =Upper Keltner Band or 79SMA or 89EMA; whichever has the highest price)

                              2. Show RISK price difference between the market price @ crossover and price of highest indicator on the chart @ the moment of crossover)

                              3. Show 4 take profit price levels: 1:1 risk/reward, 2:1 risk/reward, 3:1 risk/reward, 4:1 risk/reward, 5:1 risk/reward

                              4. Show Timeframe (needs to scan different timeframes for crossover if possible)

                    > on chart: show price level for entry, SL, and TP targets
