The requirement is for a signal generating indicator using Relative Strength Index Indicator and Filtered by 2 Moving Averages on Price.

Standalone Autonomous Indicator which includes Moving Averages and RSI Formulae. Rendering indicators on chart not necessary. Calculate values of Indicators, apply predefined rules and PLOT BUY and SELL Signals on Chart with a Vertical Dashed Line on Time and Horizontal Dashed Line on Price when expressed case is true.

Alert by Pop Up, Email, Notification, Sound. Plot alert by means of Vertical Dashed Line on Time and Horizontal Dashed Line on Price on chart where signal was generated.
