Modify the OBV indicator to include a MA as a 2 line cross and display as a block form histogram

Modify the OBV indicator (will provide) to include a moving average indicator in its window with all of mt4s Moving average controlls,  and display the results as a color block histogram

here is a sample window of the needed settings, first is the obv applied price setting, then all the settings for the moving average(just like mt4s moving average indicator with all its different modes),  this will essentialy turn the obv single line indicator into a 2 line cross indicator, the mode setting will switch the display from 2 line cross standard to a block histogram, 

2 line cross mode

block histo mode (in block histo mode anytime the obv is above the MA it prints a solid block that is set to color 1 (default green)

if the obv is bellow the MA it prints a block that is set to color 2 (Default red)  if 2 lines are exactly the same it prints a block that is set

to color 3 (default grey)

color 4 will be the color for the obv line mode, (default blue) and color 5 the color for the MA in line mode (default yellow)
