Modification of reverse indicator to have alerts sent, not repaint and not to lag

I am looking for the modification of the ‘reverse no repair’ indicator. Currently the indicator works quite fine but the arrow appears after another 1 bar completes and there are no alerts when the arrow appears. This arrow should appear at the end of the formed bar and an alert should be incorporated and not lag and the arrow should not repaint once it is drawn on the chart.

The system is based on the current close price and the alert should be at the close of the  bar and should be a once-off occurrence until the next arrow appears after the conditions in the indicator are met. The arrow must not repaint

Modifications to be made

• 1.      Inputs to be incorporated when loading the indicator (send alerts (mt, push, email), number of bar for calculations(default is 1000bars whatever timeframe), etc)
• 2.      Alert to be sent at the beginning of new bar formation (realtime without lag- currently its showing after the next bar has completed). Arrow of direction to show at the end of the bar
• 3.      Alert message should show the symbol and the nature of trade (Buy or sell), the current timeframe of the indicator where signal is given (M1 or M30), the time the signal/alert was sent out)

At the end I need to 2 separate mt5 and mt4 source files not just the executable files
