I was part of forex-tsd in 2007-2008. I stopped trading during the financial crisis and I'm back to re-implement some profitable EA and some ideas into MT4 and 5. Brexit looks like it will be huge when they finally announce what's going on, so I'm avoiding GBP.

I've programmed in 17 different languages for money, I prefer Python most. I am new to MT5, and rusty with MT4 so I'm practicing by rewriting some old EA of mine. Good to see a lot of progress has been made in the language and in testing (every real tick in mt5). The old news indicator system I worked on was so clumsy and required IE downloading data, it is great to see better news event support in the platform now.

I did some work for brokers, FIX programming and bridge creation (Python and C). Unfortunately that code is lost but I could rewrite it in less time. Arbitrage looks dead these days, so a cross broker system looks less significant than it used to be. With sponsorship, I'd consider making a Metatrader to MB Trading bridge. (This could be done at either the broker level or the client level, but the prices on screen would only match prices on MB Trading if we do it at the broker level.)
