Hi Daniel, as a general rule I know you prefer there to be alignment from M5 - D1 on FXTrend - in this case there was only alignment from M5 - H4. Your knowledge of the markets and the tools you created gives you that insight to make judgement calls like this. For those of us with less experience, was the fact that the D1 (on FXTrend) was very flat and very low intensity coupled with excellent delta on the strength the reason that you were able to make that call? Thanks Daniel - would the upcoming news events on the USD be an issue as well due to its impact on the majors GBPUSD and USDJPY?

Any impact on the USD due to the NFP news would affect both major pairs but not the cross pair... or not that much because the possible moves at the majors would equalize each other. I.e. GBPUSD up and USDJPY down = stagnation on GBPJPY

You started before the London exchange opened which is risky.
London is the biggest Forex exchange with the highest liquidity and trading volume.
So I highly recommend awaiting the first hour of the London session and trade afterward.
