Good day, colleagues!
Hello!
I would like to introduce you to a multi-currency advisor for trading on synthetic indices from the broker Deriv: Boom 500 Index, Boom 1000 Index, Crash 500 Index and Crash 1000 Index.
Peculiarities:
- A multicurrency advisor is a trading tool that allows you to work on all indices at once in one chart window.
- It is designed for trading on the minute timeframe (M1).
- The advisor does not use stop loss, instead it uses the position locking technique.
- A special panel is available to track trading statistics.
Operating principle:
- The advisor always checks that there is always at least one position of each index in the market in the direction specified in the settings.
- If the position is not available, it is opened immediately. This is considered the "First" position.
- The advisor calculates the profit of each individual "First" positions .
- If the position profit is higher or equal to the specified profit in currency in the settings, the position is closed. And a new one is opened in its place.
- If the position profit is lower or equal to the loss amount in currency in the settings, the position is locked (a position with the same lot is opened in the other direction). Such a position is called "Lock".
- After locking, an averaging grid of positions in both directions (depending on the current price relative to locking) is built on this index. Such positions are called "Grid".
- The advisor calculates the total profit of all open positions - "First", "Lock" and "Grid".
- If the sum of open positions is greater than or equal to the sum of the basket profit in currency, all positions are closed. After that, the "First" ones are opened.
- If there are "Grid" positions
- The advisor calculates the profit amount of only the "Grid" of positions.
- The advisor finds the position with the largest loss among the "First" and "Lock" positions.
- If the profit amount of the "Grid" is greater than or equal to the amount that can be Partially closed.
- The advisor closes the "Grid" profit.
- The adviser closes the "First" and "Lock" positions 50/50 for the amount of the closed "Grid" profit, thereby reducing the loss and decreasing the volume of open lots.
Important:
- The recommended deposit amount is $1000.
- In some cases, $500 can be used, but it should be taken into account that this can lead to large losses.
- It is not recommended to interfere with the work of the advisor. Do not close individual positions manually. You can close all positions if they are in the profit you need.
- Test the Expert Advisor on a demo account before using it on a live account.
Optimization:
- Recommendations for optimization and examples are in the Screenshots in the description of the advisor.
- Highly recommended! When optimizing, choose the "Custom max" method. This will allow you to see the drawdown amount in money in the first column of the optimization results. This will allow you to estimate the drawdown, and if the amount in this column is greater than your deposit, you increase the risks of losing your deposit using this config.
If you see a "0" value in the first column, it means that the amount of drawdown in money during optimization was greater than the initial deposit. It is recommended to ignore these optimization results.
Risk Warning:
- Neither the advisor developer nor the MQL platform can guarantee profit. They are also not responsible for trading results, which may differ from the results of testing the advisor on historical data.
- Before buying an advisor, test its demo version in the strategy tester. Use only those funds that you are ready to risk. Do not take loans and do not spend your last money.
Hello, I bought version 1.5 of ASPCT; does the upgrade cost extra?
