CAP Zone Recovery EA MT4 is extremely easy to use. You just open a trade in a trending market - no matter which direction. You just enter a Take Profit level, no Stop Loss! Again: You will never again lose money because your trade hits the Stop Loss! Instead, this EA uses a smart hedging technology turning even losses into wins. In case the market moves in the unfavorable direction, the Zone Recovery Algorithm starts hedging your trade by placing an opposite order, but with multiple lot size. If market should turn again, the same procedure starts again. The result is a "trading channel" with an upper TP and a lower TP and an alternating series of buy and sell trades at specific levels and with different lot sizes within this channel. Once one of the TP levels is hit - and we all know it is absolutely sure that either the higher TP or the lower TP is reached - all open trades will close with a combined profit.

How does the Recovery Algorithm work?

Let's say you just entered the market with a "buy market" position with 0.01 lots and your RecoveryGAP=200 points and TakeProfit=300 points. CAP Zone Recovery EA places a pending "stop sell" order to hedge your position instead of a Stop Loss in a predefined distance. What can we predict for sure? The market will move - either up or down. It can take some time, but it will move because it simply has to!

At this point, two scenarios are possible:

Scenario 1: Market moves up (without reaching your Recovery activation level in the meantime) and hits your Take Profit. The trade is closed and your profit is fixed.

Scenario 2: Market moves down and reaches Recovery activation level. A trade to the opposite direction is opened with different lot size. Again, for this order a pending order is placed hedging the new position. A new Take Profit is determined for all trades. This procedure is repeated with any change in market direction unless the Take Profit is hit and all trades are closed with combined profit.

What is amazing and turns this EA into a money printing machine: Both, scenario 1 and scenario 2 end with a profit!

The definitions and Recovery Algorithm are illustrated in the Recovery Zone Algorithm image bellow. In this example the initial trade is 0.01 lot, the RecoveryGAP is 200 points while the takeprofit is 300 points.

The EA work fine, I think it's possible improve with some functions that are a bit logic to implement but it's normal. The function of hedge is not so easy to use really, there are a lot of hide difficult when you want to use that need much attention. But it's not a problem of the product! Honestly its got so many features that you re left wondering what have you tweaked Wrong. Too many parameters to configure and so is the market the EA should adapt itself to market conditions not leave it to subjective trader decision. The EA has all the indicators why would it ask me every single detail instead of configuring himself except few like account size and leverage. If I have to change and check inputs this way I rather trade myself alone instead of using an EA. Also the author Does not provide any decent profitable settings for any pair except from a couple of ones that make some gain but draws down at least 17% . I found the loss control doesn't work and I couldn't find a single setting that made a consistent profit in anyway ...just random stuff ...what would be the Beaty of a robot like this that instead of helping you trade it makes it even more cumbersome

It is easy to optimise some settings to give low risk profits around 30% a year if you make good use of hedging, trail stop, grid and breakeven. The indicators are nice extras to give basic entry points to give more favourable returns. You can also make very risky strategies with this EA if you wish. It only takes a few days of optimising to get decent settings for whatever risk appetite you have.

ADDED: NEW INPUT – New section add "(12) I N I T I A L T R A D E S T O P F I L T E R " there you can find 8 initial trade filter to stop open new initial trade open. Daily Max Initial Trade, Max Daily Profit, Max Weekly Profit, Max Monthly Profit etc. You can set value when terget meet EA stop open initial trade for Daily or Weekly or Monthly. You can set Max Profit or Max Loss. Keep in mind Max Profit or Max Loss will not calculate when profit in floating. When you have to trade then EA will calculate profit/Loss to stop open new initial trade.

ADDED: NEW INPUT – New section add "(13) I N I T I A L T R A D E C L O S E F I L T E R". You can set time zone when time zone come EA will close all trade. It useful for brazilian or stock market who have to close trade on selected time.

Keep in Mind when you active close trade time zone, you have to active trade open time filter same time zone. Close time zone only for close your current trade but it will not prevent open trade on that time, you have to active same time also so EA will not open trade on that time In section ((09) T I M E C O N F I G U R A T I O N S)
