First of all the seller is really supportive and helps out. He updates the EA on a regular basis when there is an update needed. He also listens to the buyers when it comes to findings. Please remember that trading frequency can differ monthly and depends on the number of gold pairs you use. This is what we already mentioned on the products page :
It trades when all aspects of technical, fundamental, and sentimental conditions are met, so it can trade multiple times in one day and remain calm when the market is unreliable.

I've been using this EA for almost two months. So far, I've only had one losing trade on XAUJPY, which was approximately 4 times the gain. The risk-reward ratio is 1:4, which is relatively high. I hope that losses will be rare so that the EA will indeed be profitable over time. It would be interesting if the developer released some additional parameters so we could customize our risk. I will continue using the robot on a real account and update my review again in 2 months.
