Note:
- Master IDs have to be unique within the VPS or PC
- Slave IDs have to be unique within one terminal of MT4 or MT5
- VPS is recommended for high reliability copying
- If you have missing trades or copy not well, make sure you have fast connectivity to brokers and your brokers is reasonably fast
