Require someone to code an Indicator that alerts me when some conditions are met

I'm looking for an MQL4 coder to build me an indicator that will alert me when some conditions are met (these conditions will be given out to the person selected for the job). I currently do it manually, but need a way to automate this so I can just throw in this indicator to all the symbols and based on alerts, I can focus on the ones that have met the conditions.

Alerts

There are 2 stages of alerts

Stage 1: When the first set of conditions are met, the indicator should throw a pop-up & send me an email with the Symbol's name and print a symbol (could be a red or green circle or something) on the chart

Stage 2: When the second set of conditions are met, the indicator should throw a pop-up & send me an email with the Symbol's name, current (Bid or Ask) price and print an Arrow (up/down) on the chart

Indicators

The system is built on the following indicators:

• Two EMA's
• Two Envelopes
• Candlestick close (bullish or bearish)

I will provide you with settings for the indicators and the conditions when the provider is selected.

Other expectations:

• I expect the code to be delivered in mql4 format
• The indicator should retain its history (this should be available for changing from the indicator settings window)
  
• I should have the options to change any of the settings for the above indicators
• The end result will be checked against past history to verify the job and you should be flexible to accomodate changes during the testing period
  
• There should be confidentiality involved. I don't expect to pay $$'s for this indicator only to see it being shared later on.
