I need help to develop a martingale EA that uses three signal filters, RSI, Heiken Ashi and MACD, with an option to use the filters individually or in combination.

I need help to develop a martingale EA that uses three signal filters, RSI, Heiken Ashi and MACD, with an option to use the filters individually or in combination. Example,

Use_RSI filter = True

Use_MACD filter =True

Use_Heiken_Ashi filter =True

(1) The EA should take trades at each positive signal ONLY. However, there should be an option to set a minimum pip step (price range) for each grid trade.

(2) Option for maximum trades

(3) The EA should have an option to choose either buy trades only or sell trades only. Example,

Buy_Trades =True

Sell_Trades =True

(4) The EA should have option for takeprofit (in dollars), stoploss (in dollars), trailing stop (in dollars), equity percentage stop out, starting lot size, and maximum lot size.

(5) The EA should have a time filter i.e. start_hour and end_hour in GMT.

(6) The EA should work on ECN brokers. 

(7) Option for a stealth mode should be included
