Indicator to identify strong sudden movement in price (break out) on multiple pairs and with alert

Hi there. I need an indicator that can identify strong sudden price movements as shown in the images attached. (Red arrow).

The indicator should be attached to one chart but able to look at many pairs and give alert when a sudden price movement is detected in any pair even if not attached pair.

Settings.

List of pairs the indicator will scan/look at.

Number of pips pair should move before indicator makes alert.

I need somebody who can do this quickly and is easily and constantly available for communication.

Must give me source code.

This project will be later turned to EA.
