RSI CANDLESTICKS WITH THE RSI COUNT ABOVE THE CANDLES

Hello All,

Looking to have an the RSI indicator turned into candlesticks. The candle sticks should have all the same inputs as the regular RSI indicator. Would like the candle sticks to allow for different colors for the bull and bear rsi candles as well as an live and historical count above the candles. For example if the current RSI rate it 55 then that number 55 should display above that candle. And once it closed for example at 65 then that 65 stays above the candle. I want it to display that count  above and "input" number of rsi candle sticks. For example if I input 50 into the number of candles I want the rsi counts to display on then it displays the count above a rolling 50 rsi candles. so each time a new candle is made then the last count goes away always only keeping 50 figures on display. 

Please sum up the fact that you understand this indicator idea and i'll hire who seems to get it. please as questions if this is confusing so we have no misunderstandings.
