I need a script to place pending limit orders, based on the Fibonacci tool that I draw on the chart. Not an EA but a script.

I need a script to place pending limit orders, based on the Fibonacci tool that I draw on the chart. So first I draw the Fibonacci tool on the chart (and give it a name like FBT) and then add the script to place the pending orders. 

I will need 2 scripts, one for Buy and one for Sell. I also want 2 scripts to delete only the pending orders that the script created. 

• in case the price is already below a level so that it’s not possible anymore to place a pending order, then the order must be placed directly at the current price.
• I want the placed pending orders to have a comment, so that I can see which orders belong to the script orders. This can be done by using the time of placement, like FIB-1814 (placed at 14 minutes past 6pm).
• I added 2 extra levels to the Fibonacci: 76.4 and 88.2. I want to be able to choose which level should be used and what lot size, like this:

Level 23.6:

Enable: True 

Lot size: 0.1

Level 38.2:

Enable: True 

Lot size: 0.1

Level 50:

Enable: True 

Lot size: 0.1

Level 61.8:

Enable: True 

Lot size: 0.1

Level 76.4:

Enable: True

The TP should be at 0% of the Fibonacci, SL at 100%.
