Rules
lot size for and individual buy and sell is equivalent to 40% of the account value e.g. £1000 account has a buy with £400 and a sell worth £400.
sell orders are not be executed below 1200
buy orders are not to be executed above 1360
Buy and sell orders are independent functions that act independently of one another.
Logic
Day 1- a buy order and a sell order are executed simultaneously
End of the day- by the end of the day any position which in profits is closed, and a fresh version of that position is opened instantly. e.g. If the buy was in profit, the buy is closed at the end of day, and a new buy is opened straight after. The opposing position is therefor in losses and is rolled over into the next day. If none are in profit, the positions remain open and roll over to the next day
After 7 days- if trades remain open for a maximum of 7 working days/trading days, any position that has been open for 7 days is instantly closed on the 7th day and replaced with a new version at the current price.
Process repeats itself forever until the trader manually closes trades, re-setting the robot after this brings the process back to day 1 where a fresh position is opened for buy and sell at the same time.
I have the logic displayed in excel via formulas also, please respond to this if you would like to see that to assist in understanding the concept.
