2 Moving Averages and Heiken Ashi Candle Indicator on All Pairs

Hi,

This indicator should trigger on ALL pairs in marketplace when the following conditions have been met in this order:

1. When the MAs are crossing up or down on M15, H1, H4, D1 time frames.
2. After the crossing, and when the 2nd Heiken Ashi candle forms with a FLAT BOTTOM in the same trend direction of the crossing MA. (Directional Arrows up/down on applicable charts are appreciated).
3. **At the current price level line - need a "time remaining" for the current candle to show on each timeframe for any given chart.
   

Alert Mechanisms:

When the previous 2 conditions have been met, there are three (3) alert mechanisms that should occur.

1. Dashboard report with a scroll window that displays the following sample outputs as applicable: "GBPUSD Cross Up – 1HR". This dashboard should only contain ACTIVE crossover conditions for the following timelines: M15, 1HR, 4HR, Daily. 
2. An alert window that rings and pops up with the new condition for any pair, and any timeframe including: M15, 1HR, 4HR, Daily. 
3. A text to my cellphone via MT4. The cellphone alert should be preset to only alert me on M15 and 4HR. 

I will need at minimum 1 review/edit cycle with the selected developer and wish to have either a same day or 1 day turnaround.
